Abstract: Heluo culture is a harmonious culture. Heluo surnames culture naturally formed state of social harmony by cultural inclusion and clan integration.

The real implementation of the long-term stable and harmonious society leads to the coexistence, common prosperity and family harmony of all the ethnic groups.

Therefore, the inevitability of the harmony across the strait is greatly increased, which all in all are realized by the cultural constructions and exchanges.
